Anyone wanting to become a member must complete an application which needs to be approved at a monthly meeting.
Membership is open all year. Any new membership received after the month of April will be prorated. Call Secretary for rates.
All members except Junior members are required as part of your membership to fulfill work 15 hours. There are set dates (set at monthly meetings) for cleaning & maintaining club grounds. Members can also work leagues or events such as scoring or helping on event days. Any member can fulfill 10 hours of work hours by helping out at the annual gun raffle-work just that one night and get most of your hours in! Family memberships only need to complete 15 hours total and any work by any member under the family membership counts towards work hours.
As part of the club by-laws each member (except junior memberships) is required to purchase or sell one ticket to the club sponsored major fund raiser. Your membership includes a ticket which you can either sell to anyone else or keep and use to attend the event.
Members have access to club grounds, can hunt on club grounds, have discounted league fees, automatically entered for raffle & receive 1 ticket for raffle event ($55 value-excluded in Jr. membership).
Members are not required but encouraged to attend as many meetings as possible. Attending club meetings will keep you informed on upcoming events, work days, leagues and allow input. All members in good standing shall have the same voice and shall be accorded equal privileges at all meetings.
Monthly club meetings are scheduled the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm, except for the annual club meeting in April which starts earlier. NOTE- November/December meeting are combined into one meeting. Check meeting schedules.
